How can I prepare Dahlicious? 

Dahlicious is the ultimate easy heat and serve meal, made from fresh, healthy ingredients, it can be prepared in minutes – cut or tear open the sachet of Dahlicious – transfer dahl into a heatproof bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes, you may want to use a microwave safe, vented lid. Serve with 90 second microwave brown rice for a meal in less time than it takes to order a pizza or answer the door!

For stove top method, simply pour dahl into a saucepan on medium heat and slowly bring to a simmer stirring frequently.

Garnish with a squeeze of lime and some toasted coconut for the Coconut Veg Dahl and Lime spinach Dahl. The Cherry Tomato flavour is great with a sprinkling of fresh chopped coriander. You can even make your own fresh naan bread to go with it.
