Vegan Cottage Pie Recipe

Ingredients  (serves 4-6)

2 x 500g packs of Veglicious Puy Lentils & Spiced Carrot Cassoulet

7 or 8 Medium Sized Potatoes

Salt & Pepper

Fresh Parsley

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced.

Pour both packets of Veglicious Puy Lentil Cassoulet into your favourite baking dish.

Peel and dice the potatoes, boil until soft and drain. Mash the potatoes until smooth, add salt & pepper to taste.

Spread mashed potato over the Cassoulet and use a fork to make little peaks on top.

Bake in 200 degrees fan forced oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Enjoy your yummy winter warmer!
